An Update … and a cool surprise!
OK, it took a bit of doing but finally we are “launched” … and things are pretty frenetic around here.
Even with the video letter slimmed down so we could make the launch on time, orders were coming in thick and fast. But things have eased off a bit. Our web server is heaving a sigh of relief, it was getting a little slow there for a while with all the traffic.
Just a couple of things. I am updating the video today and should have a new version for you this evening.

24 Hours To Go … Apartment Wholesaling System Goes Live
Well, we are approaching launch time for the Apartment Wholesaling System. As of writing this there is just about 4 hours to go.
I spent most of today preparing a video for you that explains everything you are going to get as part of the Apartment Wholesaling System.
It’s almost finished. I should be done later tonight.
It took a lot longer to put this video together than I thought it would. While writing I realized it was because there was so much in the course.
I have tried to keep it simple, but I have to warn you, it may go on for a little while.

Questions/Concerns, and a few things explained …
Since I sent the email to you on Monday I have received a lot of questions and comments about the apartment wholesaling ebook. In the next couple of days I will be sending you more information to answer those questions but for right now I’d like to answer what seem to be the top three questions and concerns.
Question: Is this going to be another $1,000 course that is just a recording of some seminar you gave?
Answer: No, although it contains easily that much value, the ebook won’t be any where near that price point. It will be very affordable and available for everyone who wants to learn how to flip an apartment building. It is 100% written by me, with an audio recording of the text.
Concern: A lot of courses leave out important details unexplained and without these pieces of the puzzle I lose motivation. Will this ebook provide enough detail for me to go out and do a deal?
Answer: Yes, the ebook will include how-to information and advice, including scripts, diagrams, sample contracts, even the odd video, on every aspect of wholesaling an apartment building so you understand the process completely and are fully equipped to go into your local market and do your first deal.
Question: It sounds too good to be true. Why are you doing this?
Answer: Well, you are a SMART Guide subscriber, and to me that qualifies you for special treatment. But I do have an ulterior motive. I want to make the best course possible on this subject so that it sells for many years and generates a lot of happy customers. To do that I need your feedback on how effective (or ineffective) the ebook is as a training manual, and what improvements I can make to increase it’s value. My theory is the more feedback I receive as I complete the ebook the higher quality training tool it will be. So if I make the course as complete as possible and available at a very low price, my hope is you will help me with your advice on how I can improve the ebook as a training product.
I know these were relatively short answers but hopefully they address the concerns you have.
